Russia says Baghdad bombing 'barbaric act'

Russia condemned today’s bombing in Baghdad, calling it a “barbaric act”.

The Foreign Ministry expressed “indignation” that UN personnel, “every effort of which is aimed at helping the Iraqi people overcome the consequences of the military conflict and establish normal life, became the target of terrorists.”
