Report claims Vatican ordered priests to 'cover up' abuse

According to a report in the London Observer newspaper, the Vatican has ordered Catholic bishops around the world to cover up cases of sexual abuse or risk being thrown out of the Church.

The newspaper states that a Texan lawyer representing people who have allegedly been abused by the Clergy in the US obtained a 69 page confidential document bearing the seal of Pope John the 23rd.
