BBC reporter publishes Kelly interview notes

BBC reporter Andrew Gilligan today produced the skeleton notes from his meeting with Dr David Kelly – the meeting at the heart of the row over claims that the British government “sexed up” its Iraq weapons dossier.

Gilligan, the Today programme’s defence correspondent, said he could not produce a full transcript of the meeting as he had taken notes on a personal organiser which he could no longer find.
