New 'Saddam tape' urges supporters to rise up

A new tape recording allegedly by Saddam Hussein urges his supporters to continue their uprising against American forces.

The tape, which was played on an Arabic satellite TV station today, also called on Iraqis to seize control of former state property to use in the rebellion.
