Kelly inquiry judge was key judicial figure in the North

British judge, Lord Hutton cut his teeth in Northern Ireland during the height of the Troubles.

Today he is one of the UK's most senior judges, heading the judicial inquiry into the events leading up to the death of Dr David Kelly.
