British Prime Minister Tony Blair declared today that he “absolutely” had the appetite to carry on in office, in the wake of the death of weapons expert Dr David Kelly.

British Prime Minister Tony Blair declared today that he “absolutely” had the appetite to carry on in office, in the wake of the death of weapons expert Dr David Kelly.

Mr Blair said he would accept responsibility for all the actions of government ministers and officials, but ruled out recalling Parliament to discuss the affair.
