Demonstrators heckle Sharon at Blair dinner

Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon was greeted by a large and noisy crowd of pro-Palestinian demonstrators as he visited Tony Blair for dinner yesterday evening.

Mr Sharon’s talks with the British Prime Minister came after Britain's Foreign Secretary Jack Straw rebuffed his call for Britain to break off contacts with Palestinian president Yasser Arafat.
