Sniper kills Russian oil man

Two men were gunned down in their car in St Petersburg in an apparent contract killing.

Businessman Rustam Ravilov and a companion were riding in a BMW near Ravilov’s office when they were shot, the St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s Office said.
