Smoke billows from Japanese nuclear power plant

Smoke billowed from an experimental nuclear power plant in central Japan today, but there were no initial reports of radiation leaks or injuries.

It was not immediately clear what happened at the plant near Tsuruga town. A spokesman said there was an accident at an incinerator inside the complex.
