'At least 20 hurt' in gas blast

At least 20 people were injured, eight seriously, when a large gas explosion ripped through two stores in a crowded shopping district of The Hague today, according to media reports.

Ambulances took victims to nearby hospitals and a makeshift first aid centre was opened at a nearby library.
