Date rape heir's victims sue for millions

Max Factor heir Andrew Luster faces lawsuits from three women who say he raped them.

The civil action include one from a woman who was not among the victims in the three rapes for which he was jailed for 124 years.

California prosecutors said police are investigating whether the woman was a fourth victim.

Trials are scheduled next month for two of three women who Luster was convicted date raping in front of a video camera at his beach side home near Los Angeles.
