Russia, China demand changes to Iraq resolution

Russia and China want major changes to the Anglo-American UN resolution on rebuilding Iraq before it can win their support.

Deputy Foreign Minister Yuri Fedotov said in Moscow today: “Russia and China have certain questions about the draft resolution.”
