Korean 'threats' to export nuclear weapons

North Korea has threatened the US that it plans to export nuclear weapons and test an atomic bomb, it was reported today.

Pyongyang also warned it might add to its nuclear arsenal, during the recent three way talks with America and China in Beijing.
