Toronto health officials try to allay SARS fears

Toronto public health officials are trying to calm fears about a possible Sars infection that can’t be linked to other cases of the flu-like disease.

Dr Sheela Basrur, Toronto’s medical officer of health, said four people in an apartment building were possible victims of Sars, or severe acute respiratory syndrome.
