Bouncer stabbed to death over cigarette ban

A New York bouncer was stabbed to death as he tried to enforce the city’s new ban on smoking in bars, police said today.

Dana Blake, 32, was attacked after ordering two men at Manhattan’s trendy Guernica nightclub to put out their cigarettes early yesterday.
