Germany: Bus hijacked following robbery

A city bus was hijacked today following a bank robbery in Berlin, German police said.

It was not immediately clear how many people were on board the double-decker bus and police said they did not know whether anyone was hurt.

The bus was hijacked after several people raided a Commerzbank bank in a busy shopping street in the southern district of Steglitz.
