Hong Kong patient becomes 100th Sars victim

A 78-year-old woman has died of a mystery flu-like disease in Hong Kong, becoming the 100th victim worldwide, officials said today.

The woman died last night and brought Hong Kong’s death toll to 23, the Health Department said.
