Channel 4 journalist found dead in Iraq

Channel 4 News foreign affairs correspondent Gaby Rado has been found dead at a hotel in Iraq, ITN said today.

In a statement, the news company said it was believed that Rado fell from the roof into the car park of the Abu Sanaa hotel in Suleimaniya, northern Iraq.

It does not appear that the 48-year-old’s death was the result of military action in the country.
