The French humanitarian group Medecins Sans Frontieres sent two truckloads of surgical supplies towards Baghdad today for relief efforts in Iraq.

The trucks, which left Amman, Jordan, carry enough surgical supplies for 300 operations, as well as medicine, water and sanitary supplies, said the group, known in English as Doctors Without Borders.
