Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov said today that Moscow was still weighing how to vote on a British compromise proposal on disarming Iraq.

“We are not talking about the vote yet, we are still discussing proposals from different nations, and it is still unclear what resolution we are talking about,” Ivanov said during a visit to the Tajik capital Dushanbe.
