Romania expels Iraqi diplomats

Five Iraqi diplomats were today expelled from Romania for “activities incompatible with their status,” the diplomatic shorthand for spying,.

The Foreign Ministry in Bucharest could not immediately confirm whether the ambassador was among those ordered to leave but the most recent guide book lists five diplomats as working at the Iraqi embassy.
