US: North Korea declares Sea of Japan as exclusion zone

US officials have said that North Korea has declared the Sea of Japan as an exclusion zone.

The announcement comes after jets from North Korea intercepted a US surveillance flight over the area and shadowed it for 20 minutes on Sunday.
