Iraq is not disarming - Bush

President George W Bush, preparing the US for the possibility of war, accused Saddam Hussein of trying to deceive UN weapons inspectors and said he must be held accountable by Washington’s allies.

“I will not leave the American people at the mercy of the Iraqi dictator and his weapons,” Mr Bush said.
