Iraq is not co-operating - El-Baradei

The United Nations chief nuclear inspector has accused Iraq of not doing enough to convince the world that it has no banned weapons.

Mohammed El-Baradei said today that inspections were not complete and Iraq was not co-operating.

Chief weapons inspector Hans Blix has given Saddam Hussein one week to destroy illegal Al-Samoud missiles.

The demand is seen as a key test of whether Iraq will disarm to avoid a US led war.
