Texas dentist convicted of murdering husband

The Texas dentist who ran down her philandering husband with a Mercedes-Benz after catching him with his mistress was today convicted of murder by a jury that rejected her claim she was aiming at his lover’s car.

Clara Harris was expressionless as the verdict was read in Houston and the 45-year-old faces up to life in prison when she is sentenced.
