Iraqi missile breaks UN rules
International missile experts found that an Iraqi missile exceeded the maximum 93-mile range allowed under United Nations resolutions, US and Russian officials have said.
US Ambassador John Negroponte said it was now up to chief UN weapons inspector Hans Blix to recommend what to do about the violation.
