Chief weapons inspectors have arrived in Baghdad for a second round of talks aimed at winning Iraqi compliance with the UN arms ban.

Hans Blix and Mohamed ElBaradei intend to press the Iraqis to co-operate fully with their inspection programme and provide evidence about President Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction.
