Israeli settler shot in Gaza Strip

A Jewish settler was seriously injured in a Gaza Strip shooting today, as witnesses said Israeli troops knocked down eight Palestinian homes.

The Islamic militant group Hamas claimed responsibility for the attack in the Kfar Darom settlement.
