Botched penis op doc gets the chop

A Harley Street cosmetic surgeon who carried out two botched penis enlargement procedures was today struck off the medical register.

Dr Ravi Kant Agarwal, 54, of Stockport, Greater Manchester, was found guilty of serious professional misconduct by the General Medical Council in Manchester.
