UN inspectors need several more months in their search for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, their boss said today but he acknowledged the international community is growing ”impatient” with Baghdad.

Mohamed ElBaradei, executive director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said in Paris that Iraq’s level of co-operation would determine exactly how long the inspections take.
