A 68-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter for allegedly punching an older man as they stood in a line for cinema tickets.

Irving Rosenberg, 74, who reportedly had told Seymour Schuss’s wife to “shut up”, hit his head on the pavement when Schuss allegedly punched him on November 8 outside Tamarac Cinema in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He died November 24.
