Archaeologists find 4,000-year-old tombs

Archaeologists have found four Pharaonic tombs that go back more than 4,000 years, Egypt’s Supreme Council of Antiquities said in a statement today.

The tombs were uncovered by Spanish archaeologists in the Ahanassya district of Beni Suef province, 100 kilometres (60 miles) south of Cairo.
