Iraq moves to defuse war momentum

Iraq has offered to answer any questions from Britain or the US about its weapons programmes.

Chief scientific adviser Amir al-Saabi has even offered to let the CIA to join the UN in searching for any remaining nuclear, biological or chemical programmes.
