Defence deny cosmetics heir is serial date-rapist

Lawyers for the Max Factor heir accused of being a serial date-rapist showed jurors a giant photograph of one of his alleged victims, sitting smiling before what the lawyers claim was consensual sex.

Prosecutors concede the 21-year-old and her friend had sex in the back of Andrew Luster’s car on the way to his California beach house, but say the 39-year-old had drugged them.
