Four guilty in parliament attack treason case

Four Indians were today found guilty of helping the suicide attackers who stormed New Delhi’s parliament a year ago, almost triggering a war with nuclear rival Pakistan.

Four Indians were today found guilty of helping the suicide attackers who stormed New Delhi’s parliament a year ago, almost triggering a war with nuclear rival Pakistan.

Judge SN Dhingra found the three male defendants guilty of waging war against India, a conspiracy charge that carries the death penalty.

The female defendant was found guilty of the lesser charge of not disclosing information to police before the attack. The four are to be sentenced tomorrow.
