Police make arrest in McDonald's bombing case
Indonesian police say they have arrested the alleged mastermind of the McDonald's bombing.
Last week's explosion killed three people and left 11 others injured.
Agung Abdul Hamid was arrested close to the central Javanese town of Solo.
Police Colonel Hasyim Irianto made the announcement but gave no more details.
Officers said Hamid planned last Thursday's bombing at a crowded McDonald's restaurant in Makassar city on Sulawesi island. He also wanted in connection with a second bomb at a car dealership the same night that caused no injuries.
Authorities also transferred eight suspects linked to the October 12 Bali blasts to the tourist island for further investigation.
