Israeli commandos kill Hamas militant

Undercover Israeli commandos shot dead a Hamas militant in the Gaza Strip today after he fled when they tried to arrest him, the army said.

Yassin al-Agha had been hiding on a roof in the Khan Younis refugee camp as the troops approached. The commandos later said they found a bag of pipe bombs and an automatic weapon in the area.
