Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a stark warning today about international terrorists, saying they are trying to disrupt relations between countries and achieve political and economic dominance.

The terrorist goal is “to sow fear and incite dissent not only in individual cities and countries, but in relations between them as well,” Putin said in a speech to university rectors in Moscow.
