Body found was Welsh girl Jenna

Human remains found in a shallow grave are those of missing school girl Jenna Baldwin, a post-mortem examination showed today.

The 15-year-old went missing from her home in Abersychan, near Pontypool, south Wales, 10 weeks ago.

Gwent Police discovered her remains buried near to the main road between Abergavenny and Blaenavon on Monday night following information that enabled them to pinpoint where she was.

Officers had been 99.9% positive it was Jenna after the teenager’s ring was found with the body.
