The agency charged with carrying out the inspections of Saddam Hussein’s weapons arsenal plans to deploy its experts to Baghdad in 10 days, a spokeswoman said today.

“We’re more ready than we’ve ever been and anxious to get started,” said Melissa Fleming, of the Vienna-based nuclear watchdog group, the International Atomic Energy Agency.
