South Africa to investigate fatal bus crash

The South African government is setting up a commission to investigate a bus crash that killed 10 tourists, including five British people.

The accident happened on a wet road near the town of Piet Retief, 250 miles south-east of Johannesburg, as the holidaymakers were returning from Kruger game park.
