Russian officials respond to theatre raid criticism

Facing growing criticism of the secrecy surrounding how the Moscow theatre siege was ended, Russian officials today showed off explosives and other evidence found at the scene.

The disclosures came a day after the health minister confirmed that a powerful opiate gas was used to subdue the rebels before commandos stormed the building.
