Third man arrested in sniper case will co-operate

The man who was part-owner of the blue Chevrolet Caprice believed to have been used in the Washington sniper attacks is fully cooperating with the authorities, his lawyer said.

Nathaniel Osbourne will be transferred to federal custody in Maryland, but he is not suspected of carrying out any of the attacks.
