Washington sniper demands $10m

The Washington sniper left a new note for police demanding $10m at the scene of his 10th murder, it was revealed today.

A handwritten letter in broken English was found close to where bus driver Conrad Johnson was gunned down in Montgomery County, Maryland, yesterday morning.
