Sniper 'used Kalashnikov on FBI victim'

The serial sniper stalking Washington used a Kalashnikov to kill his latest victim, a witness said today.

The gunman held an AK-74 on his shoulder as he shot FBI analyst Linda Franklin on Monday night, the onlooker told investigators.
