High-tech surveillance equipment used in sniper hunt

Army planes with high-tech surveillance equipment will take to the skies over Washington DC to help hunt the sniper who has eluded police for two weeks.

The military were called in yesterday after a ninth victim was shot dead by the gunman. FBI agents will be on board the aircraft and will relay information to teams on the ground.
