Shooting victim is dead, say reports

Reports in the US now say a person shot at a petrol station has been killed.

The shooting took place at an Exxon petrol station in Fredericksburg.

There were unconfirmed reports that officers were in pursuit of a white van.

Witnesses reported seeing a white van leaving the area of two of the previous shootings.

Before today seven people have been killed and two wounded since the sniper attacks began on October.
