Weapons inspectors could be ready 'within days'

Weapons inspectors could be back in Iraq within days of a United Nations decision to order their return, the world’s nuclear watchdog said today.

But it would be several weeks before work could begin on detecting and destroying Saddam Hussein’s arsenal of weapons of mass destruction.
