Chirac discusses possible Iraq solutions- report

President Jacques Chirac of France has proposed a two-stage plan that could lead to UN approval of military force against Iraq.

In an interview with The New York Times, he described Saddam Hussein as “especially dangerous”, and said he personally wished to see him removed.
