Bungling robbers beg hostages to tie them up

Two gunmen who took hostages at a Pizza Hut in Boston during a bungled robbery pleaded with their victims to tie them up to fool police.

Officers were alerted to the incident by one of the hostages who had been released on condition he didn't call for help.
